I know that I personally struggle with finding the time to work out with 3 kids running around the house. However, I’ve found a couple of easy workouts that include the help of my kids that are not only effective but fun at the same time! My four-year old loves helping me with my glute workout and she’s constantly asking if we can workout together. Not only am I getting a great workout, but I’m bonding with her at the same time.
